Today’s setup: the salon came to him — bath, blow-dry, nail care, brush-out, and a full de-shedding treatment right at home.

Not enough loose coat to build a second Labrador… but he definitely made a generous donation. 😄

During the Florida summer, I usually try to schedule bigger grooms like this early in the morning or later in the evening, when it’s cooler and more comfortable for the dog.

For this appointment, we traveled about 50 miles from Jacksonville to groom two shepherds🐻🐻‍❄️. Today’s video features this incredible Belgian Shepherd during his regular 3-week grooming visit.

Happy one-month birthday, our precious boy👶🏻.
Just one month ago, our world changed forever - and changed for the better💫.

Our home is now filled with a kind of happiness we never knew before.
Yes, sometimes you test us with colic, gas, and nights that are no longer one night — but three or four small ones 😅
And yet, even in those late-night wake-ups, we find moments of laughter, tenderness, and little memories we never knew we needed.

This month taught Alexandra and me how to truly support each other - to switch roles🎭, to cover for one another, to say “you rest, I’ve got him,” and truly mean it. We are learning how to balance love, work, sleep (when possible 😄), and life with a little human who constantly wants movement, comfort, and closeness. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has brought us closer than ever.

You have already raised our level of care, patience, and tenderness more than we could have imagined.
You became the most precious treasure of our lives💝 and a whole new branch of love in our family — tiny, loud, demanding… and absolutely magical.
